Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes kinetochore protein Spc25 in human samples. The predicted molecular weight is 26.2 kDa.
Kinetochore protein Spc25 (SPC25) is a subunit of the NDC80 complex, the main microtubule-binding assembly at the outer kinetochore. It is required for kinetochore integrity, stable microtubule attachment and spindle checkpoint signaling, so it is studied in chromosome segregation and cell proliferation.
