Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes centromere/kinetochore protein zw10 homolog in human samples.
ZW10 is a kinetochore protein that forms the RZZ complex with ROD and ZWILCH. During mitosis this complex recruits dynein-dynactin and MAD1–MAD2 to kinetochores, supporting the spindle assembly checkpoint that prevents premature chromosome separation; outside mitosis ZW10 also takes part in retrograde transport between the Golgi and the endoplasmic reticulum.
