Product Overview
Clone 28I27 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes intercellular adhesion molecule 2 (gene Icam2) in mouse samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 31.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 60 kDa.
ICAM-2 (CD102) is an immunoglobulin superfamily adhesion molecule expressed constitutively on vascular endothelium and some leukocytes. It binds the integrin LFA-1 and the dendritic cell receptor DC-SIGN (CD209), supporting leukocyte adhesion, lymphocyte recirculation and the migration of dendritic cell precursors from blood into tissues.
