Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes insulin growth factor-like family member 3 (gene IGFL3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ELISA.
IGFL3 belongs to the insulin growth factor-like (IGFL) family of small secreted proteins and is a potential ligand for the receptor IGFLR1. Its biological function has not been fully characterized.

Immunogen
Recombinant human IGFL3 fragment (Thr25–Pro125), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 53.9%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt describes insulin growth factor-like family member 3 as a secreted protein. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Detected in the cerebellum.
