Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes NF-kappa-B inhibitor beta (gene NFKBIB) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
IκBβ (NFKBIB) is an inhibitor of NF-κB that traps NF-κB dimers in the cytoplasm. Compared with IκBα it is degraded more slowly after stimulation, and a newly made, unphosphorylated form can accompany NF-κB into the nucleus, which helps shape prolonged NF-κB responses.
