Product Overview
Clone 27I65 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes interleukin-11 receptor subunit alpha (gene IL11RA) in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 45.2 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 45 kDa.
IL11RA is the ligand-binding α chain of the interleukin-11 receptor, which signals together with the shared gp130 (IL6ST) subunit. IL-11 signaling through this receptor is important for normal craniofacial bone and tooth development, and a soluble form of IL11RA can also mediate trans-signaling.
