Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets integrin-linked kinase-associated serine/threonine phosphatase 2C (gene ILKAP) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 42.9 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 43 kDa.
ILKAP is a serine/threonine phosphatase of the PP2C family that associates with integrin-linked kinase (ILK). By opposing ILK-driven signaling, including the ILK–GSK3β axis, it can modulate cell adhesion, growth factor signaling and cell cycle progression.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places integrin-linked kinase-associated serine/threonine phosphatase 2C in the cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Widely expressed. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
