Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes INO80 complex subunit B (gene INO80B) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 38.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 48 kDa.
INO80B (also called HMGA1L4 or PAPA-1) is a subunit of the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex, an ATP-dependent machine that slides and exchanges nucleosomes. Through this complex it contributes to transcriptional regulation, DNA replication and DNA repair, and it has been reported to promote G1 cell cycle arrest.

Validated Applications
| Western blot | 0.25–0.5 µg/mL (Human) |
|---|---|
| Flow cytometry (fixed cells) | 1–3 µg/1×106 cells (Human) |
| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human HeLa cells, human Jurkat cells, human MCF-7 cells, human 293T cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): 293T cells, Jurkat cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human INO80B fragment (Gln61–Gln340), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 94.3%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places INO80 complex subunit B in the nucleus. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
