Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets phosphatidylinositide 4-phosphatase SAC2 (gene INPP5F) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
SAC2 (encoded by INPP5F) is a phosphoinositide phosphatase that removes the phosphate from phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate. It localizes to early endosomes and may act together with the 5-phosphatase OCRL to sequentially remove phosphates from PI(4,5)P2, supporting endocytic trafficking.

The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places phosphatidylinositide 4-phosphatase SAC2 in the membrane, early endosome and recycling endosome. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Ubiquitous.
