Product Overview
Clone 32I45 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes integrin beta-7 (gene ITGB7) in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 86.9 kDa; the supplier reports observed bands at 100, 120 kDa.
Integrin beta-7 (ITGB7) pairs with alpha-4 to form α4β7, which binds MAdCAM-1 and guides lymphocyte homing to gut-associated lymphoid tissue, and with alpha-E to form CD103/β7, which binds E-cadherin. It is studied in mucosal immunity and intestinal inflammation.

Validated Applications
| Western blot | 1:500–1:2000 |
|---|---|
| Immunohistochemistry | 1:50–1:200 |
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): human colon tissue, human colon cancer tissue, human lymphoma tissue, mouse spleen tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human integrin beta 7.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human and mouse. UniProt places integrin beta-7 in the cell membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed in a variety of leukocyte lines. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
