Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects integrator complex subunit 13 (gene INTS13) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 80.2 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 85 kDa.
INTS13 (also called Asunder) is a subunit of the Integrator complex, which binds RNA polymerase II and triggers promoter-proximal transcription termination. It has also been linked to cell cycle and to enhancer-associated gene activation, and it is studied in transcriptional regulation.

|---|---|
| Immunocytochemistry / Immunofluorescence | 5 µg/mL (Human) |
| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human HeLa cells, human PC-3 cells, human A549 cells, human A562 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): U2OS cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human INTS13 fragment (Met1–His254), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 98.8%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places integrator complex subunit 13 in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Widely expressed. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
