Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IQ domain-containing protein E (gene IQCE) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and ELISA.
IQCE is a ciliary protein that forms part of the EvC complex with EVC and EVC2 at the base of primary cilia. This complex supports Hedgehog signaling, and IQCE is required for normal limb development, with mutations linked to postaxial polydactyly.
