Product Overview
Clone 30I08 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes ras GTPase-activating-like protein IQGAP2 in human samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 180.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 181 kDa.
IQGAP2 is a scaffold protein of the IQGAP family that binds active CDC42 and RAC1 as well as calmodulin, without stimulating their GTPase activity. It is expressed mainly in the liver and regulates the actin cytoskeleton, and it has been studied as a potential tumor suppressor.
