Product Overview
Clone 19I19 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase-like 2 (gene IRAK2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 69.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 69 kDa.
IRAK2 (interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 2) is a member of the IRAK family that is recruited to the IL-1 receptor and Toll-like receptor complexes. Together with MyD88 and IRAK4 it forms the Myddosome and helps sustain NF-κB activation and cytokine production during innate immune responses.
