Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (gene IRAK4) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
IRAK4 (interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4) is the upstream serine/threonine kinase recruited by MyD88 after Toll-like receptor or IL-1 receptor activation. In the Myddosome it phosphorylates IRAK1 and IRAK2, starting the NF-κB and MAPK signaling that drives inflammation, and it is an active target in innate immunity research.

Immunogen
Recombinant human IRAK4 fragment (Asn15–Ser460), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 in the cytoplasm.
