Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase IRF2BPL in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
IRF2BPL is a nuclear protein of the IRF2BP family with a C-terminal RING finger domain and probable E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. It is important in the nervous system, and variants in IRF2BPL are associated with a neurodevelopmental disorder with regression and seizures.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase IRF2BPL in the nucleus. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Highly expressed in the heart, moderately in skeletal muscle and pancreas, and weakly in brain, kidney, liver, testis, thyroid gland and lymphocytes.
