Product Overview
Clone 24I76 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes interferon regulatory factor 4 (gene IRF4) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 51.8 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 52 kDa.
Interferon regulatory factor 4 (IRF4) is a transcription factor expressed mainly in immune cells. It partners with PU.1 or BATF to regulate genes in B cells, T cells and dendritic cells, and it is required for plasma cell differentiation and for several T helper subsets. IRF4 is studied in lymphocyte development and in multiple myeloma.
