This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets isochorismatase domain-containing protein 2 (gene ISOC2) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and ELISA.
ISOC2 (isochorismatase domain-containing protein 2) is a protein with an isochorismatase-like hydrolase domain; its function has not been fully characterized.

Recombinant human ISOC2 fragment (Met1–His205), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 84.2% and 75%, respectively.
