Product Overview
Clone ACAB-9 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes tyrosine-protein kinase ITK/TSK in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 71.8 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 72 kDa.
ITK (IL-2-inducible T-cell kinase) is a Tec family tyrosine kinase expressed in T cells and NK cells. After T-cell receptor activation, it phosphorylates PLCγ1, driving calcium flux and transcription factor activation. ITK shapes T-cell development and the balance between helper T-cell subsets, and it is studied in T-cell signaling.
