Product Overview
Clone 29I50 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes inositol-tetrakisphosphate 1-kinase (gene ITPK1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 45.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 42 kDa.
Inositol-tetrakisphosphate 1-kinase (ITPK1) is a multifunctional inositol phosphate kinase. It phosphorylates Ins(1,3,4)P3 and Ins(3,4,5,6)P4 and can also act as a phosphatase, and it is a key enzyme for producing higher inositol phosphates such as InsP5 and InsP6.
