Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes protein Jade-1 (gene JADE1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Jade-1 (JADE1, also PHF17) is a PHD finger protein that serves as a scaffold subunit of the HBO1 histone acetyltransferase complex. It directs HBO1 toward histone H4 acetylation, which supports DNA replication licensing and gene regulation.

Recombinant human PHF17/JADE1 fragment (Ile93–Asp811), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 91.5%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places protein Jade-1 in the nucleus, chromosome and cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Highly expressed in kidney.
