Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets LIM and senescent cell antigen-like-containing domain protein 1 (gene LIMS1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
PINCH-1 (LIMS1) is an adaptor protein made of LIM domains that forms the IPP complex with integrin-linked kinase and parvin at focal adhesions. This complex connects integrins to the actin cytoskeleton and supports cell spreading, migration and survival. LIMS1 is studied in cell adhesion signaling.
