Product Overview

This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects LLGL scribble cell polarity complex component 2 (gene LLGL2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.

LLGL2 is a mammalian homolog of the Drosophila lethal giant larvae tumor suppressor and a member of the Scribble polarity module. It interacts with the PAR6–aPKC complex and helps establish apical–basal polarity in epithelial cells, and it has been linked to spindle orientation during cell division. LLGL2 is studied in epithelial polarity and tissue organization.
