Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes leucine-rich repeat and calponin homology domain-containing protein 4 (gene LRCH4) in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 73.5 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 84 kDa.
LRCH4 is a leucine-rich repeat and calponin homology domain protein that tunes signaling through several Toll-like receptors. In macrophages it helps lipopolysaccharide settle correctly into lipid raft membranes and may help keep these rafts intact, which makes it of interest in studies of innate immune activation and inflammatory responses.

Validated Applications
| Western blot | 0.25–0.5 µg/mL (Human, Mouse) |
|---|---|
| Flow cytometry (fixed cells) | 1–3 µg/1×106 cells (Human) |
| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human 293T cells, human SH-SY5Y cells, human MCF-7 cells, human K562 cells, human Caco-2 cells, mouse RAW264.7 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): Jurkat cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human LRCH4 fragment (Lys256–Arg580), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human and mouse. UniProt places leucine-rich repeat and calponin homology domain-containing protein 4 in the cell membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
