Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains protein 1 (gene LRIG1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
LRIG1 is a transmembrane protein with leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains that acts as a negative feedback regulator of receptor tyrosine kinases such as EGFR. By boosting receptor ubiquitination and speeding their breakdown inside the cell, it limits growth factor signaling, and it is studied in stem cell quiescence, epithelial homeostasis and tumor growth.
