Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 1 (gene LRRC1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
LRRC1 (also known as LANO) is a leucine-rich repeat protein related to the LAP family of polarity proteins but lacking a PDZ domain. Its cellular function has not been fully characterized.

Immunogen
Recombinant human LRRC1 fragment (Leu120–Arg497), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 1 in the cytoplasm and membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed strongly in testis and placenta, followed by heart, lung, kidney, thyroid, trachea, colon, prostate and pancreas.
