Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets U7 snRNA-associated Sm-like protein LSm11 in human and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
LSM11 is an Sm-like protein that belongs to the U7 snRNP, the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein that processes the 3′ ends of replication-dependent histone pre-mRNAs. It binds the special Sm-binding site of U7 snRNA, and because histone mRNA processing is tied to DNA replication, it is studied in cell-cycle progression from G1 to S phase.
