Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets protein LSM14 homolog A (gene LSM14A) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
LSM14A is an RNA-binding protein required to form P-bodies, the cytoplasmic granules where translationally silent mRNAs are stored and kept from decay. It represses translation of bound messages and may also help assemble the mitotic spindle, so it is studied in mRNA storage, stress granule biology and antiviral RNA sensing.
