Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects lymphocyte-specific protein 1 (gene LSP1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Lymphocyte-specific protein 1 (LSP1) is an intracellular F-actin-binding protein expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils, macrophages and endothelium. It is thought to help regulate neutrophil activation and chemotactic migration, and it is studied in leukocyte motility and inflammation.
