Clone 27L23 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes leukotriene B4 receptor 1 (gene LTB4R) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 37.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 38 kDa.
Leukotriene B4 receptor 1 (LTB4R, also called BLT1) is a high-affinity G protein-coupled receptor for leukotriene B4, a lipid mediator made from arachidonic acid. It is expressed on leukocytes such as neutrophils and activated T cells, where it drives chemotaxis and inflammatory activation, so it is studied in asthma, arthritis and other inflammatory models.
