Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets leucine zipper protein 1 (gene LUZP1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
LUZP1 is a leucine zipper protein that cross-links and stabilizes actin filaments. It regulates myosin II activity and the contractile ring during cytokinesis, limits the formation of primary cilia, and also affects cell migration and centriole number; it is studied in cytoskeletal biology and cilia research.

The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places leucine zipper protein 1 in the midbody, chromosome, cytoplasm and nucleus.
