Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects MAP kinase-activating death domain protein (gene MADD) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
MADD (MAP kinase-activating death domain protein, also known as DENN/MADD or Rab3GEP) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for Rab GTPases, including RAB3 and RAB27 family members. By activating these Rabs it supports synaptic vesicle release and regulated secretion, and it has also been linked to TNF receptor signaling and cell survival.
