Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets alpha-mannosidase 2C1 (gene MAN2C1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Alpha-mannosidase 2C1 (MAN2C1) is a cytosolic enzyme that trims mannose residues from free oligosaccharides released during degradation of misfolded N-glycoproteins. By processing these glycans it supports their clearance from the cytosol, and it is studied in glycoprotein quality control and N-glycan catabolism.
