Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects muscleblind-like protein 3 (gene MBNL3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and ELISA.
MBNL3 (muscleblind-like 3) is an RNA-binding protein of the muscleblind family that regulates alternative splicing of specific pre-mRNAs. It can activate or repress exon inclusion and counteracts the splicing activity of CELF proteins. It is studied in muscle differentiation and regeneration and in relation to myotonic dystrophy.
