Product Overview

This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes DNA helicase MCM9 in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.

MCM9 is an MCM family helicase that partners with MCM8 to form a complex active in homologous recombination repair of double-strand breaks and interstrand cross-links. MCM9 also contributes to DNA mismatch repair. Loss of MCM9 causes genome instability and is linked to ovarian failure and infertility, so it is studied in DNA repair and reproductive biology.
