Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 4 (gene MED4) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
MED4 is a subunit of the middle module of the Mediator complex, the coactivator that connects gene-specific transcription factors with RNA polymerase II. The middle module links the head and tail and contributes to Mediator′s structural stability. MED4 is studied in transcription and Mediator structure.
