Boster Bio Anti-MID2 Antibody Picoband® catalog # A07086-2. Tested in WB, Flow Cytometry applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.
Scientific background: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to microtubular structures in the cytoplasm. Alternate splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
Protein: Probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MID2 | Gene: midline 2 | Target: MID2
