Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes C-C motif chemokine 19 (gene CCL19) in human samples and is validated for IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 11.0 kDa.
CCL19 (also called MIP-3β or ELC) is a C-C chemokine that binds the receptor CCR7. Together with CCL21, it guides CCR7-positive naive T cells, B cells and mature dendritic cells into lymph nodes and organizes their encounters in T-cell zones, making it central to lymphocyte homing and adaptive immune responses.

Validated Applications
| IHC (paraffin sections) | 2–5 µg/mL (Human) |
|---|---|
| Flow cytometry (fixed cells) | 1–3 µg/1×106 cells (Human) |
| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): human spleen tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): THP-1 cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human MIP-3 Beta/CCL19 fragment (Gly22–Ser98), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt describes C-C motif chemokine 19 as a secreted protein. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed at high levels in the lymph nodes, thymus and appendix.
