Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes phosphoglycerate kinase 3, cytosolic (gene PGK3) in mouse-ear cress samples.
In Arabidopsis thaliana, PGK3 is a cytosolic phosphoglycerate kinase, the glycolytic enzyme that transfers phosphate between 1,3-bisphosphoglycerate and ADP. It is part of a small plant PGK family whose other members act in plastids in the Calvin cycle, and it is studied in plant carbon metabolism.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with mouse-ear cress. UniProt places phosphoglycerate kinase 3, cytosolic in the cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (Arabidopsis thaliana): Expressed in roots, leaves and inflorescence.
