Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 6 (gene UBP6) in mouse-ear cress samples.
In Arabidopsis thaliana, UBP6 is a ubiquitin-specific protease that cleaves ubiquitin at its C-terminal glycine. It helps process polyubiquitin precursors and remove ubiquitin from modified proteins, contributing to recycling of free ubiquitin in plant cells.
