Product Overview
Clone 22M67 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes RNA helicase MOV-10 (gene MOV10) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 113.7 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 114 kDa.
MOV10 is an RNA helicase that unwinds RNA in the 5′-to-3′ direction and associates with the RNA-induced silencing complex. It is involved in mRNA turnover and translation control, restricts retrotransposons and several viruses including HIV-1, and supports type I interferon responses.
