Product Overview
Clone 29M80 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes membrane-spanning 4-domains subfamily A member 14 (gene MS4A14) in human samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 76.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 80 kDa.
MS4A14 is a member of the MS4A family of four-transmembrane-domain proteins, which includes CD20. It may take part in signaling as part of a receptor complex, but its function has not been fully characterized.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): MCF-7 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human MS4A14.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places membrane-spanning 4-domains subfamily A member 14 in the membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
