Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes protein E6 in mus musculus papillomavirus type 1 samples.
E6 is an early oncoprotein of Mus musculus papillomavirus type 1, a mouse papillomavirus used as a model for papillomavirus infection. It interacts with host proteins, including the ubiquitin ligase UBE3A (E6-AP), to promote cell transformation, protect infected keratinocytes from apoptosis and possibly dampen host immune responses.
