Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes protein E7 in mus musculus papillomavirus type 1 samples.
E7 is an early oncoprotein of Mus musculus papillomavirus type 1, a mouse papillomavirus used as a model for papillomavirus infection. It pushes resting host cells from G1 into S phase so the virus can use the cellular DNA replication machinery, and it has transforming and transcription-activating activities.
