Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets myosin-14 (gene MYH14) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Non-muscle myosin IIC (MYH14) is a conventional myosin II heavy chain expressed in epithelial and neural tissues. Like myosin IIA and IIB it forms actomyosin filaments that contribute to cytokinesis, cell shape and polarity. MYH14 mutations are associated with non-syndromic hearing loss.
