Boster Bio Anti-MYO1B Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody catalog # M07011. Tested in WB, IHC applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat.
Protein: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 zeta chain | Gene: MAD2L1-binding protein | Target: MYO1B | Function: May function to silence the spindle checkpoint and allow mitosis to proceed through anaphase by binding MAD2L1 after it has become dissociated from the MAD2L1-CDC20 complex. . | Research areas: Alzheimer's Disease,Cell Adhesion Proteins,Cell Type Marker,Cytoskeleton,Cytoskeleton/ECM,Developmental Biology,Intermediate Filaments,Lineage Markers,Lineage Specification,Neurodegenerative Disease,Neurology Process,Neuron Marker,Neuroscience,Signal Transduction,Stem Cells
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Monoclonal / Clone: 30M16 | Isotype: IgG | Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat | Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human MYO1B | Concentration: 0.5mg/ml | Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Applications: WB, IHC
Observed MW: 132 kDa | Calculated MW: 132 kDa
Cellular localization: Nucleus. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, spindle. During early mitosis, unevenly distributed throughout the nucleoplasm. From metaphase to anaphase, concentrated on the spindle.
Tissue details: Expressed in a discontinuous manner in the basal cell layer of adult skin epidermis, but continuously in the basal layer of fetal skin epidermis and nail. Also expressed in the outer root sheath above the hair bulb in hair follicle (at protein level). Expressed homogeneously in all cell layers of the esophagus and exocervix, but detected in the basal cell layer only of oral mucosa, skin and in the basal plus the next two layers of the suprabasal epithelium of the palate. .
Status: Active
