Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes alpha-N-acetylglucosaminidase (gene NAGLU) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
α-N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAGLU) is a lysosomal enzyme that removes terminal N-acetylglucosamine residues during the stepwise degradation of heparan sulfate. Its deficiency causes mucopolysaccharidosis type IIIB (Sanfilippo syndrome B), and it is studied in lysosomal storage disease research.
