Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 3 (gene NAP1L3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NAP1L3 is an intronless member of the nucleosome assembly protein family, expressed mainly in the brain. It is thought to act as a histone chaperone like other NAP1 proteins, and may play a role in cellular differentiation, although its function is not well characterized.

Immunogen
Recombinant human NAP1L3 fragment (Lys77–Lys506), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 74.5% and 73%, respectively.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 3 in the nucleus.
