Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 4 (gene NAP1L4) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NAP1L4 (nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 4) is a ubiquitously expressed histone chaperone of the NAP1 family. It binds core histones, shuttles between the nucleus and cytoplasm and supports nucleosome assembly, and it is studied in chromatin biology.

Recombinant human NAP1L4 fragment (Met1–Ala331), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the rat ortholog: 94%.

The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 4 in the nucleus, chromosome and cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Ubiquitous.
