Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects cytosolic iron-sulfur assembly component 3 (gene CIAO3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
CIAO3 (also called NARFL or IOP1) belongs to the CIA machinery that builds iron-sulfur proteins in the cytosol. It helps transfer iron-sulfur clusters to cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins that need them for function, including enzymes involved in DNA replication and repair.
